Cabelte Group is formed by a set of industrial units - Cabelte, Cabelauto, Cabelte Incasa, Iberoptics and Desco – who proved to be leaders on technological development regarding the manufacturing of electrical and telecommunication cables, automotive wiring, optical fibre cables and power cables. Assuming its concern with the environment, the Group developed a unit for recycling industrial waste, Cabelte Recycling, whose task is to handle the industrial scrap generated by the companies thus allowing its reutilization on the manufacturing process.
Also, in the same perspective, and increasing the internal value added, another unit was created, Cabelte Metals, this one responsible for the processing of the main metallic raw materials used by the Group.
Supporting this industrial structure the Group also has units of services rendering, Conexus and Win Brain for Information Communication Technologies.
The Group is commercially represented in Central European markets by Cabelte Nederland and, in Portuguese speaking African countries by Cabelte Angola, Lda., which is being implemented.
